Included Government responses to Vendor questions The contractor shall supply 10k pound capacity forklifts, 30k pound capacity forklifts, heavy lift truck with Removable Gooseneck trailer (RGN) capable of hauling a M1A2 SEPv3 tank, flatbed trucks (Semi with trailer) capable of hauling a 20 foot container weighing 30k, and a 200Ton crane. All leased equipment shall be provided with trained operators, and the crane provided with additional spotters. 1st Cavalry Division requires a MHE contract to support the Sustainment Brigade (1CDSB), 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team (1ABCT), and 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team (3ABCT) deployment operations. 1CDSB/1ABCT/3ABCT/DIVARTY do not have the internal capacity to move equipment and containers from unit Motor Pools to the Fort Cavazos Rail Operations Center (ROC).
