WSMR is a tri-service Department of Defense range, managed by the United Stated Army. WSMR is a part of the US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), which plans, conducts, and integrates developmental testing, independent operational testing, independent evaluation, assessment, and experiments to provide essential information to soldiers and into the hands of acquisition decision makers supporting the American warfighter. The Test Engineering and Analysis Support Services (TEAS) contract supports WSMR by augmenting the short-staffed Government workforce with contractor personnel. The TEAS contractor provides the non-personal services required to provide test engineering and analysis, software development, and test support for WSMR and its tenants. The contractor provides services to include test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of test results, data collection, management, and analysis, engineering and technical support, software analysis, Manpower and Personnel Integration (MANPRINT), foreign national/media escorts, program management, flight safety and systems engineering support services.
