The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, equipment and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform the Washer-Dryer and Duct Services contract as defined in this PWS at Fort Hood, Texas. Services include quarterly preventive maintenance (e.g. cleaning machines, ducts, laundry rooms, and serviceability testing, etc.), repair, and replacement service functions on Washer and Dryers as defined in the PWS and cleaning for all Ducts (e.g. flex ducts, rigid ducts, and all ductwork for laundry rooms to the exit point of system to include fans, motors, baffles, etc.) shall be performed at facilities that are listed in the contract.
