The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services (as applicable) necessary to supply and service portable sanitation units (PSU’s), including handicap units, hand wash stations (HWS’s), and vault latrine service on an “as needed” basis for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) operations on Fort Hood. Items to be provided or performed include, but are not limited to, all supervision, labor, tools, units, equipment, materials, permits, repair parts, and transportation necessary to perform nonsewer latrine, hand wash station, and vault latrine services in accordance with the contract.
