The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits to perform construction work on a Federal installation, be properly bonded and insured in accordance with FAR requirements. The magnitude of this project is between $14,000.00 and $16,000.00. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is NAICS Code 238990 – All other Specialty Trade Contractors and standard business size is $15.0 million. All work will be performed within the confines of the JBLM-McChord Military Installation, at Fort Lewis, WA. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: WA20220013 02/25/2022; State: Washington; Construction Type: Building; County: Pierce County in Washington, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price or $5,000,000 whichever is less. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price.
