Remove CLIN 0002 Contract Manpower Reporting. c. Change to Virkon percentage from 3% to 1%. d. Delete the requriement in the PWS located at 1.6.38. e. Other questions have been answered, refer to the Questions and Answer Page for details. f. Add provsions and clauses 52.204-24, 52.204-25. Ensure these sections are filled out upon RFQ submission. g. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, chemicals, equipment, fuel, and protective gear for their employees and personnel and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the disinfection of equipment to include the total surface area. Equipment includes but is not limited to: heavy armored vehicles, tactical wheeled vehicles, shipping containers, flat racks, etc. 1.6.46 The Contractor shall ensure that equipment is sprayed with Virkon Aquatic 1% Solution (allowing a contact time of 10 minutes) and passes on-site government veterinarian inspections.
