This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the reference number is W91151-21-D-MOVE. Quotes are being solicited from small business within the local commuting area. The local commuting areas of El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces, New Mexico and Alamogordo, New Mexico. Preference will be given to companies within those Local Commuting areas. The Offeror must quote on all or none basis. Detailed quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and must include copy of a completed and signed FAR 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment Representation.
