Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The purpose of this project is to renovate BLDG 19032 to better facilitate the user’s work requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: demolition and construction of new walls, reconfiguration... The purpose of this project is to renovate BLDG 19032 to better facilitate the user’s work requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: demolition and construction of new walls, reconfiguration of the office/classroom spaces, repair of the existing latrines, construction of a shower room, and various infrastructure upgrades to support these changes. Also included is the reconfiguration of the fire suppression system and installation of new Mass Notification systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits to perform construction work on a Federal installation, be properly bonded and insured in accordance with FAR requirements.
