The work shall be performed at building 5764, located at the intersection of Wainwright Dr. 24th St. (Club Hood), Ft. Hood, TX. The anticipated completion date of this construction project is 180 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Completion is defined as satisfactory completion of all work described in the scope of work and or approved plans and drawings in a timely manner, including other contractual obligations identified as closeout documentation, final testing, inspection, and acceptance.

MICC-FH, may issue a solicitation and award of a contract to replace AC and Chiller Unit Building 5764, Fort Hood, TX. The magnitude of this project is between “$500,000 and $1,000,000”. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is NAICS Code 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and standard business size is $16,500,000 million. Description of project is as follows: The purpose of this project is to replace the existing HVAC systems with new HVAC systems. This includes the removal and replacement of the existing chiller with a new chiller. The removal and replacement of AHU’s and the removal and replacement of electrical and controls that are associated with the new HVAC equipment. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits to perform construction work on a Federal installation, be properly bonded and insured in accordance with FAR requirements.
