The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Hood, Texas is issuing this pre-solicitation notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201 and FAR 5.204. The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the scope of the Installation Custodial Service requirement. A solicitation is not currently provided and proposals are not required at this time. Location: Fort Hood, Texas. Scope: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed. Service includes: cleaning restrooms and kitchens; removing trash and emptying recycle bins; cleaning windows, and food service areas; vacuuming and spot cleaning carpet. This requirement contains 627 facilities and up to 4.2 million square feet listed within Attachment 3. Competition: 100% HubZone Set-Aside. Contract Type: The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from the solicitation. Period of Performance: Phase-In 01 August 2020 – 25 August 2020 Base Period 26 August 2020 – 31 July 2021 Option Period I 01 August 2021 – 31 July 2022 Option Period II 01 August 2022 – 31 July 2023 Option Period III 01 August 2023 – 31 July 2024 Option Period IV 01 August 2024 – 31 July 2025 NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $19.5M. Prospective Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, when submitting an offer.
