This is a synopsis of a proposed contract action. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Hood in conjunction with the Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) UT, Western Desert Test Center (WDTC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on/or about 8 November 2019. The MICC-Fort Hood has a requirement for non-personal services to support the DPG WDTC, to provide personnel, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools not otherwise provided by the government to perform services required to support the developmental and operational testing at WDTC. The current solicitation number W91151-20-R-0002 was previously identified as W91151-19-R-0004 on FBO.gov. The RFP will be open to all interested offerors. This action will not be a small business set-aside. Details of the solicitation and instructions to all interested offerors will be provided with the RFP. This is a notice of a proposed contract action only. Please do not forward any proposals or submissions at this time. The actual RFP will identtify suspenses and details for submission.
