The Contractor shall provide labor, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, training, and tools, not otherwise provided as Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform the non-personal services required to support operational test, simulation, stimulation, data collection and experimentation mission of the U. S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC). Contract support shall include systems engineering expertise, software support programs, operations and integration support, execution centers support, event support, analytical support and studies, and special event support. Support activities include but are not limited to the consolidation of planning, management, support, integration, maintenance, and sustainment and development activities for a broad range of test technologies used for systems engineering, data collection and reduction (including visualization and analysis tools), simulation, test control, and data management.
