This is a non-personnel services contract for the agricultural disinfecting of equipment with Virkon Aquatic 1% solution or equal at Fort Hood, Texas. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, chemicals, equipment, fuel, and protective gear for their employees and personnel and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the disinfection of equipment to include the total surface area. Equipment includes but is not limited to: heavy armored vehicles, tactical wheeled vehicles. The contractor shall be ready to perform on the first day of the POP, and remove the cleaning equipment and all associated materials the contractor brought on site within 48 hours after contract completion.
