Solicitation Number: W91151-20-Q-0016 – Washer & Dryer Service Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis: Pre-Solicitation Only. This is for informational purposes. No Solicitation is currently provided. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood, Texas anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Washer & Dryer services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), located at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. General Information: This is a non-personal services contract to provide washer and dryer maintenance services to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Hood Texas. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the PWS. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Performance Requirement Summary (PRS). The services support washer and dryer maintenance services and repairs to keep high efficiency washer and dryer machines operational to include the maintenance and cleaning of each laundry area, maintenance of exhaust and vent duct systems, removal and delivery of machines, utility connections including water, electricity, and natural gas for Soldiers and other Fort Hood occupants. Procurement will be solicited competitively as a 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is (however, is subject to change at the Governments discretion) from 1 MAR 2020 through 28 FEB 2025 (base year plus four one-year option periods). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811412 Appliance Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $15M. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their proposal in order to be eligible to receive an award from solicitation. Release Date: The solicitation issue date is anticipated (however, is subject to change at the Governments discretion) to be on or about January 17, 2020.
