Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract that is to install a complete traffic control intersection at the intersection of Clear Creek and Old Ironsides/Hell on Wheels to include, but not limited to traffic control devices, pedestrian control devices, electric service, pavement markings, and ADA curb ramps located on Fort Hood Texas. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Women Owned Small Business under NAICS 238210 (Size Standard $16.5M). The estimated magnitude of the procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The purpose of this project is to install a complete traffic control intersection at the intersection of Clear Creek and Old Ironsides/Hell on Wheels. To include, but not limited to traffic control devices, pedestrian control devices, electric service, pavement markings, and ADA curb ramps. Also included is miscellaneous site work to support the facility and meet code requirements. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions.
