SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS LOGISTIC SERVICES for U.S. Army Futures Command, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico This is a Sources Sought Notice in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only to assist in determining if this effort can be obtained competitively and/or as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210. There is no solicitation available at this time. The purpose of this source sought is to find interested business concerns capable and qualified to meet the requirement listed below. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests both large business and all categories of small business are encouraged to respond to this request. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS). It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, training, and tools, necessary to perform logistics support services to USAFC-WSMR as defined in this Performance Work Statement not otherwise provided as Government-furnished property (GFP). OBJECTIVE: The Contractor shall provide specific technical requirements for logistics mission support for USAFC-WSMR. See attached Draft PWS for additional information. INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS: Respondents are encouraged to include the information below within their statement of capabilities packages. Capability packages should not exceed four (4) single-sided pages in length. a. Company Information: Your Company's name, address, Point of contract with email address and phone number, Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE), Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) and business size. Your company must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). To register, go to https://www.sam.gov. b. A statement of Capabilities demonstrating the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to perform the work specified in the attached PWS. Please limit your relevant past performance to the past three (3) years and include the Contract Number(s) and/or Customer/Company Name. Information may be provided on a separate capabilities statement. c. Please identify any condition or action, if any that may be having the effect of unnecessarily restricting competition with respect to this acquisition.
