The Mission and Instalaation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Hood in conjunction with the Dugway ... This is DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL notice, please do not send a proposal in response to this posting. The Mission and Instalaation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Hood in conjunction with the Dugway Proving Ground(DPG) UT, Western Desert Test Center (WDTC) is soliciting industry input in reference to the attached draft RFP. Please provide input NLT 1500 CST 6 March 2019. The MICC-Fort Hood has a requirement to provide non-personal services to support the DPG WDTC to provide personnel, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools not otherwise provided by the government to perform sevices required to support the developmental and operational testing at WDTC. The Government is seeking feedback from industry on all parts of this draft RFP, however, the Government is specifically seeking feedback and innovative suggestions relating to the following areas: - -The Performance Work Statement in Section C.5 Specific Tasks -The requirement for the Small Business Participation Plan and Small Business Subcontracting Plan, as detailed in Section L of draft RFP -The Mission Capability requirement in Section L, -The Basis for Award in Section M. Feedback in response to the draft RFP shall be submitted by email using the subject line "WDTC MSS Draft RFPFeedback". Each subject shall reference the specific RFP Section in questions or comments, for example,"Section C.5.1.2 states...," . All feedback shall be directed to Jacqueline Montague, Email: jacqueline.t.montague.civ@mail.mil, and John Nunnally, email: john.l.nunnally.civ@mail.mil . The Government does not intend to provide individual responses to feedback received in response to the draft RFP. All updates to this notice will be proved on fbo.gov Again the government is not soliciting proposals at this time. Please do not submit proposals in response to this Draft RFP.
