This acquisition is 100% set aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside under NAICS Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million and PSC code of Z2FB- REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF RECREATIONAL BUILDING. The magnitude of this procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing roof HVAC package unit and Exhaust Fan at building 5764. All Work also includes all miscellaneous site work to support the facility and meet code requirements. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in proposed contract. All work shall comply with all State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this proposed contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood military installation at Fort Hood Texas. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: TX190230 01/04/2019 TX230; Superseded General Decision Number: TX 20170279; State: Texas; Construction Type: Building; County: Bell County in Texas, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. A organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement on 3 July 2019 at 10:00am CST.
