Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to replace the domestic water lines, hot water heaters, and all associated accessories in two buildings on West Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Women Own Small Business (WOSB). NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, (Size Standard $15 Million) will be used for this procurement. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement.
