Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood (MICC-FH) is issuing a Sources Sought for a possible firm fixed price construction contract. MICC-FH is seeking contractors capable of replacing two existing, water-cooled chillers with a single chiller. Work shall also include demolishing two existing energy recovery ventilators, simplifying the existing condensing and chilled-water piping systems, replacing several existing pumps, installing a new restroom exhaust fan and ductwork, and modifying existing HVAC controls at a building in Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is under NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air?Conditioning Contractors (Size Standard $15.0 Million). All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood Military Installation, at Fort Hood, TX.
