This is a pre-solicitation notice for Behavioral Health Traumatic Brain Injury Health Care Worker Services on behalf of the of the Department of the Army, Medical Readiness Contracting Office, Europe for Healthcare Worker Services Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 621112 – Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialist. The Size Standard is $12M. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price Single Award Task Order Contract, with an ordering value up to $100M, as a result of the solicitation. Award will made using the trade-off source selection process to make a best value award decision. The projected period of performance will a five year ordering period, including an up to 180 day transition period. Solicitation W9114F-23-R-0002 (no set asides) will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on the System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/), on or about 15 December 2022. No hard copies will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
