This is a pre-solicitation notice for Army Direct Care Medical Services, Generation IV (ADCMS IV) on behalf of the of the Department of the Army, Regional Health Contracting Office-Europe for Healthcare Worker Services Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 622110 – General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The Size Standard is $41,500,000. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price Single Award Task Order Contract, with an ordering value up to $100M, as a result of the solicitation. Award will made using the trade-off source selection process to make a best value award decision. The projected period of performance will a five year ordering period, including an up to 180 day transition period. Solicitation W9114F-22-R-0002 (no set asides) will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on the System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/), on or about 15 March 2022. No hard copies will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet.
