Non-Personal Newborn Screen Testing Services (Neonatal Testing) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Full and open competition Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) The projected period of performance is 1 September 2021 – 31 August 2022 All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award. The contractor shall provide neo-natal screen testing for Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) hospital and clinics in Germany. Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The non-personal services to be rendered under this contract shall consist of the delivery of specimen collection cards and the performance, recording, and reporting of clinical laboratory analysis results on neo-natal blood specimens for the identification of certain congenital metabolic and hematological conditions for which timely intervention can reduce or eliminate morbidity and mortality.
