This solicitation is for deliveries of COVID-19 Multiplex Diagnostic Reagents and Consumables for the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. The supplies contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price Delivery Orders as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation is issued for full and open competition. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation techniques. The projected ordering/delivery period is one year. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award.
