This solicitation is for Sperm Quality Analyzer (SQA) for the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order as a result of the solicitation. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Purchase Order will be issued using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation techniques. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Technical Factor. The quoter must demonstrate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation by submitting a written quote which addresses compliance with each of the following technical factors: Subfactor 1: The delivered equipment shall be new and not a used or re-manufactured product. Subfactor 2: Including On-Site Installation and Training at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) for up to 5 individuals. Subfactor 3: Equipment must have a minimum warranty of 12 months. Subfactor 4: Equipment must comply with German electrical requirements of 220V/50Hz and have a European two-prong power plug. Subfactor 5: Equipment must meet all salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics of the EC95 Imaging System (Beamsplitter & LightSync) Keeler 25Z Digital Ready SLR Camera or Equal: Equipment must - have eyelid, conjunctiva, cornea, iris, and retinal imaging capability, - be table mounted, - have maximum table dimensions of length 39 inches X width of 22 inches to fit into current location, - have 18 megapixel resolution, 30 FPS at 1080p video, - have a touchscreen monitor, - have an EC integrated trigger, - have an isolation transformer, - have all software preinstalled and be Windows 10 compatible, - have two (2) operators and service manuals included.
