This is a solicitation for one automated chemistry analyzer and its consumables to support the laboratory at the U.S. Army Health Clinic in Vicenza, Italy. The contract requires the contractor to supply all equipment, reagents, and maintenance for hematology testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) structure. The resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price IDIQ with a two-month phase-in period from January 2, 2026, through February 28, 2026, followed by an ordering period from March 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. The evaluation will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
