The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe intends to issue a solicitation for one (1) automated hematology analyzer and reagents in support of the hematology mission at Vicenza Army Health Clinic in Vicenza, Italy. The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary maintenance to the respective laboratories for the purpose of hematology testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) contract. All parts, equipment and reagents/consumables shall be supplied and serviced through the Contractor. The resultant contract type will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) for the period is approximately 1 May 2025 to 30 September 2025. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 324513, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process will be used. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to response to the solicitation, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award.
