Revise the annual hours of personnel; and 3. Revise the Performance Work Statement. No additional Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted following the issuance of this amendment. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers. Public Health Command-Europe (PHC-E) and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) have a requirement for non-personal augmented laboratory personnel services. The contractor shall provide services of two (2) Microbiological Analysts, two (2) Chemical Analysts, one (1) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Administrator, and one (1) Industrial Hygienist in support of PHC-E and one (1) Laboratory Technician at LRMC.
