The contractor shall provide all personnel, fully qualified, accredited and licensed Systems/Database Administrators, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide “OB/GYN comprehensive patient and exam data, results and images-all in one view”, software license, maintenance and technical support services, to ensure that optimum operation and efficiency of the system is maintained.
