The SimCtr provides facility resources, system administrative support, security controls, procurement and configuration of hardware/software, and shipping to various worldwide locations. Multiple individual laboratories are housed in the SimCtr. These laboratories are connected to geographically dispersed locations and are utilized to support various CONUS/OCONUS exercises and wargames (integration and testing prior to event execution are conducted from the SimCtr). While, in most instances, the laboratories participate in event execution from the SimCtr, there are occasions where onsite CONUS/OCONUS support is needed. Finally, over the years, the SimCtr capabilities and expertise have been leveraged to support various customers in areas such as analysis, engineering/design, enhancement, migration, integration, testing, information assurance (IA) services, and acquisition support.
