Notification to Inform Industry of the Posting of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation #W9113M-24-R-0062, Design, Development, Demonstration, and Integration II (D3I2) Domain 2 (D2) Amendment 0001 On behalf of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone (located in Huntsville, Alabama) is issuing this formal notification to inform industry of the posting of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W9113M-24-R-0062, D3I2 D2 in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module (SM). Amendment 0001 is being issued to remove the “7 business days after release date of the RFP” text in reference to an offeror’s actual or potential organizational conflict of interest (OCI) submission requirement; as a result, OCI submissions are due not later than 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST) on January 22, 2024. Amendment 0001 revises section(s) L-4b. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS and L-6.2.c. VOLUME II GATEWAY CRITERIA; PART 3: Gate Three: OCI Identification and Mitigation. Please note that the USG formally released the D3I2 D2 solicitation on January 5, 2024, with proposals to be received by the Government not later than 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST) February 27, 2024. Questions/Comments must be received not later than 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST), January 18, 2024. As noted, OCI plans must be received not later than 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST), January 22, 2024. The proximity date of award is on/about February 5, 2025. For this acquisition, the following applies as stated in the posted RFP solicitation: North American Industry Classification System Code: 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) Exception 3 Guided Missiles and Space Vehicles, Their Propulsion Units and Propulsion Parts; Business Size Standard: 1,300 Employees. Product Service Code: AC13 National Defense R & D Services; Department of Defense (DoD) Military; Experimental Development. Contract Type: Multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MAIDIQ) basic contract with cost-plus-fixed fee and firm-fixed-price task orders. This D3I2 D2 requirement is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition that supports the USASMDC mission and is a follow-on to the current D3I MAIDIQ contract. This follow-on D3I2 D2 MAIDIQ requirement includes a combination of the current D3I D2 and D3 contract vehicles. NOTE: The acquisition is open to only small businesses.
