The Army seeks innovative commercial solutions to rapidly train aviators, transform training with new practices and technology, and grow the aviation industrial base. The focus is on three areas: Fixed-Wing Aircraft Training, Rotary-Wing Aircraft Training, and Unmanned Aerial Systems Training. The Army will select the vendor whose solutions demonstrate the greatest potential to achieve its missions. Awards will be fixed-price instruments, including contracts or other transaction agreements. The Army will not fund proposal preparation or any work performed without a prior written agreement signed by a warranted Contracting Officer.
