Inactive 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

Acting independently and not as an agent of the Government, the contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other ... Acting independently and not as an agent of the Government, the contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items (except as specified to be furnished by the Government), and non-personal services to perform the meteorological support requirements of the attached PWS. As defined in this PWS, the contractor shall perform the required functions of the attached PWS to include (but not limited to) Mission Support; Local Community Meteorological Support; O&M of Meteorological Equipment and Instrumentation; I&M; and Management. The contractor shall not perform functions that are inherently governmental. GFP, GFE, GFI, and GFS will be provided IAW Section J of the contract and as referenced in Section I, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses Government Property clauses FAR 52.245-1 and 52.245-9, incorporated into the contract. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract.
