The Space and Missile Defense Center (SMDC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a sole source requirement for Ansys STK Premium software. This is a Sole Source with Analytical Graphics Incorporated. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), Analytical Graphics Incorporated. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the Ansys STK Premium software. This software is the industry standard space-system modelling tool commonly used by engineers and scientists in Space-related fields. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Phone calls will not be accepted. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
