This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40 Million. The USACE St. Louis District is the supply, deliver, and maintain four (4) dewatering pumps, sixteen (16) submersible deep-well pumps, eight (8) standby submersible deep-well pumps, 3200 LF of 8" HDPE suction/discharge piping, four (4) 10inch x 100-foot discharge hoses, and four (4) standard grade power module generators as rental equipment in accordance with the specification contained herein.
