The contractor shall be responsible for supplying and delivery of the gases to Tooele Army Depot. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor. The contractor is responsible for the supply and delivery of the gases. A Tooele Army Depot representative will provide empty gas cylinders at the time of full cylinder delivery. Any supplies and delivery to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders. The contract will be a Requirements Contract, please see clause 52.216-21 in the attached RFQ for details. Please fill out all highlighted areas in the attached RFQ including your company's CAGE Code in 17a. Delivery to be made to Tooele Army Depot located in Tooele, UT 84074.
