This solicitation issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13.303 for Multiple-Award BPA(s) using firm fixed price orders, as deemed necessary for the particular requirement solicited. CCRI-AAT is seeking businesses willing to enter into a BPA, as defined by FAR Part 13.303 for a period of five (5) years from the date of award. All orders under this BPA shall continue until the performance is complete and the order paid, even after the BPA expiration date. 2. All BPAs awarded will be for a period not to exceed five (5) years. Exact dates specified in the basic agreements. 3. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. 4. This BPA is reserved as a Small Business Set-Aside. 5. Vendors that provide sufficient documentation as to their capabilities to supply all of the common order materials, within 14 days after date of solicitation posting, listed in accordance with Attachment 0001 “Common Order Materials” shall be considered in establishing the BPA. Special order items shall not be subject to time constraints nor shall common order items due to excusable delays in delivery due to market conditions, weather, etc. Attachment 0001 below are the general material(s) expected to be ordered against BPAs, but is not limited to the contents of the attachment.
