This pre-solicitation announces an upcoming Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in the Korean Theater of Operations, with the official solicitation expected between October and November. The contract will cover a wide range of logistics, life support, transportation, communications, and supply classes (I, III, IV, VI, VIII) to support humanitarian assistance/disaster relief, contingency, lodging, logistics, and exercise operations. Performance will be required 24/7/365 at multiple locations in the Republic of Korea, including sustainment and base life support services such as facility maintenance, catering, water/power, waste management, and related management. Contractors must provide all personnel, equipment, and quality control unless items are government-furnished. Consistent with the U.S.–ROK SOFA, Korean vendors will receive preferential consideration.
