The U.S. Navy intends to establish a fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement for on-site Roman Catholic religious services at the CFAC Chapel in Chinhae, South Korea. Required services include Sunday Mass, Holy Day Masses, and Confession. The solicitation is restricted to local contractors who can provide an ordained priest in good standing to perform services in person on a recurring schedule. All services must be delivered on-site, as remote services will not be accepted. BPA Calls will be issued to specify exact service dates and quantities.
