Amendment 0003, dated 05 October 2026, publishes the government’s responses to vendor RFIs via Attachment 0003 and states that the current RFQ is subject to FAR 52.232-18 because funds are not presently available, so any government obligation is contingent on appropriated funds and written notice of availability. Amendment 0002, effective 24 September 2026, clarifies that Factor 1 – Technical Capability is evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis as a whole, with the five technical elements considered collectively; only Acceptable quotations proceed to comparative evaluation, while Factors 2 and 3 remain unchanged. Amendment 0001 notes a site visit on 29 September 2026 at 13:00 KST and an RFI deadline on 05 October 2026 at 10:00 AM KST. The required performance environment is ROK / Camp Walker / INDOPACOM.
