This is a requirement for 30 cell phone SIM cards and 30 hotspot SIM cards for delivery to MAG-12. The acquisition is strictly limited to local contractors already established and licensed to do business in the Republic of Korea. All submitting sources, including U.S. companies, must possess or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK government and comply with all applicable local laws. Any contractor not already operating locally must provide verification of this authorization and capacity with their initial quote, or it will not be considered. The performance of services and sourcing of all materials must occur locally.
