Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section K. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card when attending the site visit orientation. B. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the “No-Offer Letter’ by date and the specified in this solicitation. C. The pricing proposal shall be submitted by 1300 hours on the closing date of the RFP through the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.beta.sam.gov. D. Section K: Offerors must complete and portions of Section K, and submit this section at https://www.beta.sam.gov.
