THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP TO MATOC CONTRACT, AREA IV ONLY . In accordance w ith FAR 36.204 the magnitude of scope is less than $25,000. This RFP is in accordance w ith terms and conditions of base year of MA TOC General Construction contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). The Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC Contractors w ill not be considered for award. Parent Contract Numbers: W91QVN24D0039 thru 0058, 0081, 0101, 0105, and 0110. Award of this proposal will be restricted to contract holders W91QVN24D0039, W91QVN24D0041, W91QVN24D0044, W91QVN24D0045, W91QVN24D0046, W91QVN24D0048, W91QVN24D0049, W91QVN24D0051, W91QVN24D0105 as authorized by 10 United States Code 3406(c)(4) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 16.505(b)(2)(D).
