THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP TO MATOC CONTRACT, AREA IV CONTRACTORS ONLY: This RFP is in accordance w ith terms and conditions of basis MATOC Area IV Contract Numbers; W91QVN-24- D-0039, 0040, 0041, 0042, 0043, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049, 0050, 0051, 0052, 0053, 0054, 0055, 0056, 0057, 0058, 0081, 0101, 0105, and 0110. Award of this proposal will be resticted to contract holders W91QVN24D0039, W91QVN24D0041, W91QVN24D0044, W91QVN24D0045, W91QVN24D0046, W91QVN24D0048, W91QVN24D0049, W91QVN24D0051, W91QVN24D0105 as authorized by 10 United States Code 3406(c)(4) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 16.505(b)(2)(D). B. Site Visit: Of ferors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card and compliant w ith any other health directives required for base access when attending the site visit orientation. C. If MATOC contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-Offer Letter' by date and time specified in this solicitation. D.
