THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP TO MATOC CONTRACT, AREA IV ONLY . - In accordance w ith FAR 36.204 the magnitude of scope is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. - This RFP is in accordance w ith terms and conditions of base year of MA TOC General Construction contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING: a. Site Visit: Of ferors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card w hen attending the site visit orientation. b.
