This is non-personal service contract to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) services for fire alarm systems (FAS) at the Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC) and Busan CNFK building, Chinhae,Republic of Korea (ROK). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s performance of services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) services for FAS in accordance with all other terms and conditions contained herein. This service will be performed at various facilities, which shall include living quarters, retail outlets, recreation facilities, offices, warehouses, medical facilities aircraft shelters, automotive garages, and other miscellaneous structures at Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae, Commander Naval Forces Korea. All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles, and ethics of the profession and applicable professional specialty organizations, and current publications of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-601-02.
