Description of Action: 411th CSB, RCO-Daegu intends to award on sole source basis contract to Marzen Group LLC(CAGE CODE: 1N5V9), Nashua, NH to support the Combined Task Force - Defender, 35th Air Defense Artillery in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The Government projects award for Mar 2020 and fiscal year 2020, Operations and Maintenance funds will be used. Description of Supplies/Services: Combined Task Force – Defender, 35th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, headquartered on Osan Airbase, ROK, and TDACS S/N 234 equipment upgrades. The upgrade is required to bring the TDACs to WIN 10 compliance. This upgrade also includes the HW/SW required to operate on UHF/EHF services. This will allow Combined Task Force - Defender to operate continuously on those networks without having to rely on the Launcher Communication Station (D2 specific equipment) being powered up for these networks. 1. 2 Port Synchronous Serial (232,422, 530) PCle Adapter 2. 2 Port Fan-out Cable (Adapter to RS232/530 connectors) 3.
