Site Visit: All MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. 3. If the contractor is unable to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, the Contractor shall submit a "NO OFFER LETTER" by the date and time specif ied in this solicitation. 4.
