This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued to existing General Construction Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) holding contract number(s) listed below : Contract Numbers W91QVN-18-D-0021, 0022, 0023, 0025, 0026, 0027, 0028, 0030, 0031, 0042, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0050, 0051, 0162. 2. Site Visit: All MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. 3. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "NO-OFFER LETTER" by closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
