In accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(2)( i)(D) and paragraph B-3, Section B of MAIDIQ contracts, to satisfy the minimum guarantee, this solicitation is issued to Non-Work Plan, Area I and II MAIDIQ contractors ONLY: Contract Number: W91QVN-18-D- 0022, 0023, 0024, 0032, 0034,0040, 0047, 0048, 0049,and 0052. No task order will be issued to the contractors not listed in above. b. Site Visit: All MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. c. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "NO-OFFER LETTER" by closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
